Welcome
Hi and welcome to my Rabbitry!
My name's Trianna and I got in to rabbits in 2010 and was instantly hooked. I started with a Castor Mini Rex doe that I was given from a graduating 4-Her in my county. About a year later I got a Castor buck and had my first litter in late 2011. Then I decided to throw in some color and bought a REW doe and a Broken black buck. I crossed my Broken black on my Castor doe and had a surprisingly colorful litter... 1 Blue, 1 Black, 1 Opal, 1 Broken Castor and 1 Booted Chinchilla, defiantly NOT what I was expecting but I now have deiced that I want to focus on REWs and Chinchilla in my Mini Rex. While still keeping my castor herd just a lot smaller. In early 2013 we bought a Thrianta buck after falling in love with the breed and color at a show. In March we bought a doe and had a litter of 3 does in May. Spring of 2014 I added Satin's to my herd. I bought a bred doe for a market pen for county fair. I won Grand Champion Market Rabbit with my Pen of 3 at the county fair and the doe, just off a litter was Grand Champion Overall Rabbit at the 2014 Winona County Fair. I decided to stick with the breed. I kept a White doe and a Siamese doe out of the litter as well as their dam.
